  i have had the flu for six days and finally mustered the strength to shower, get dressed and have my husband take off from work to take me to the doctors. When I arrived there was 1 patient in the waiting room. After the medical assistant took my vitals he stated, there is 1 patient ahead of you. ONE HOUR LATER, no doctor and no sign of seeing of a doctor anytime soon. RIDICULOUS. I WALKED OUT and informed the front desk they can keep my $60 copay - ALL that effort for nothing. THANK YOU UNITED HEALTHCARE I.E. OPTUM.
